Located deep in the Morne Trois Piton National Park is Dominca’s tallest waterfall – The Middleham Falls. At 150 feet, you’ll need to take a one-hour hike through fern- and orchid-filled rainforest.
This spectacular waterfall can be accessed for 2 trailheads. Start from either cochrane (turn inland by the Old Mill Cultural Centre in Canefield) or from the roseau Valley, lookout a large sign on the left just before the village of laudat.
On the way to and from the falls, look for and smell the stinking Hole, which is filled with thousands of bats.

Tip: Make sure your camera is well protected (w/ a waterproof camera bag or in plastic bags), to prevent the large amount of spray given off by the Falls from entering your camera.
